This 2022 has been a key year for Ironchip, despite its ups and downs, we can say that it has been a good year. We have found new challenges within the sector, which we have successfully covered, we have an excellent team with which we can enter anywhere. Within the company we also work a lot on communication and we try that everyone who is part of Ironchip can develop both personally and professionally, thus being able to learn from each other. For all these reasons, we believe that 2022 was a good year and 2023 will be full of good times. 

At Ironchip we have analyzed our past figures for 2022 and forecasts for 2023.

2022 year in review.

As far as figures are concerned, we are more than satisfied. First of all we want to expose our figure referring to the percentage of turnover, we have grown by 366.4%. And the percentage of new customers 650%.  But all this would not be possible without the wonderful team behind Ironchip. As we have done at Ironchip since we started, this year we have committed to young talent and have closed the workforce with a 175% increase. We are adding new positions to the company that are helping us grow as people and as a company.

What do we expect from 2023? What are our new objectives?

We asked our CPO, José Fernando Gomez, what he expects from 2023 to which he answered "*I think it is going to be a great year, we are going in a good direction. This year 2022 has been a year of good figures and results. This year our objectives are to increase the number of clients in the company by 1000% and to increase the volume of sales by 500%. I believe that with the work of the whole team we will be able to achieve them." 

On the other hand, Jose tells us that cybersecurity is booming, and that nowadays it is a fundamental part that any company should have. He recommends us "*It is very necessary to protect your company's information, because if you have it out in the open you not only put your company at risk, but also all your customers*". Therefore, it is expected that 2023 will come hand in hand with a good increase both in economic aid for this type of services, as well as an increase in the number of companies that want to implement our system in their network.
